Do you offer Mohs surgery?

Among all the skin cancer treatment surgeries, Mohs surgery is the best possible option. It is very effective and is only offered by a surgeon who has trained accordingly.

Yellowstone Dermatology Associates is one of the few clinics that offer Mohs Surgery. We have trained professionals with several years of experience who can help you accordingly.

What should I expect with Mohs surgery?

If you plan to get Mohs surgery, you must know that this surgery is done when the patient is awake. Only the area of the intended surgery will be numbed using a local anesthetic. The surgery is done in-house, and the surgeon will first remove the cancerous skin and examine it to see the margins and determine whether all the malignancy is removed.

The procedure is often repeated to ensure that they have surgically removed all of the cancer.
